Performance systems, built to last.

Every engagement is grounded in behavioral science, measured against real data, and designed to keep working after we leave.

Consulting System

The FACETS Performance System™

Six phases that take your organization from understanding your people and your performance gaps to sustaining measurable results without outside help. Engage the full system, or start with the phase you need most.

Foundation

Understand your people before changing anything. The Why People Stay™ staff alignment survey reveals what keeps your best performers and what puts them at risk.

Why People Stay™ Survey

Analysis

Structured leadership conversations define what great performance looks like in your organization and identify the barriers standing in its way.

Performance Gap Study™

Clarity

A validated diagnostic pinpoints exactly where performance breaks down (by location, role, and tenure) and produces a prioritized plan for change.

Performance Diagnostic & Blueprint™

Execution

We put the solutions in place: skills training, clear expectations, feedback systems, and checks that confirm changes are happening as designed.

Implementation & Training

Tuning

Short-cycle data reviews with clear decision rules. We watch what the data says, adjust what isn't working, and double down on what is.

Data Reviews & Iteration

Sustainability

Systems are handed off, internal champions are developed, and quarterly boosters plus an annual re-survey keep results strong long after the engagement ends.

Handoff & Boosters
Modular by design. Each phase is a complete, standalone engagement with its own deliverables. Organizations that complete the full system receive bundled pricing. Request the FACETS overview →

Training

Workshops

Practical, evidence-based training for leaders and teams. Every workshop follows the same behavioral-science format: instruction, demonstration, guided practice, and structured feedback, because people learn skills by using them, not by hearing about them.

Difficult Conversations

Our flagship Intentional Conversations™ workshop, built from Dr. Ruby's doctoral research. A step-by-step model for the conversations leaders tend to avoid.

Leadership Skills

The core skills new and experienced leaders need: setting clear expectations, delegating, and leading through change.

Feedback & Recognition

How to give feedback that changes behavior, and recognition that people actually value.

ESOP Readiness

For organizations becoming employee-owned: ownership literacy, participative management, and the practices that help ownership show up in everyday performance.

Leading with AI

Practical guidance for leaders bringing AI tools into their teams: where they help, where they don't, and how to set expectations around them.

Custom Topics

Have a specific skill gap? We build workshops around the behaviors your organization needs most.

Choose a format

Full Day

The Deep Build

The complete skill set: full model, video demonstrations, two rounds of structured peer practice, and a team action plan. The strongest choice for an intact leadership team's first workshop on a topic.

Half Day

The Working Session

The core model with one full practice cycle. Ideal for leadership retreats and management development days, or as the refresher format in a workshop series.

One Hour

The Introduction & Booster

A high-impact overview of a model and its business case. Good for conferences, all-staff meetings, and lunch-and-learns, or as recurring boosters that keep skills sharp between trainings.

One workshop or a series? A single workshop builds skills; a series sustains them. Repeat clients typically launch with a full-day workshop, reinforce with half-day refreshers each quarter or for new leader cohorts, and maintain with one-hour boosters woven into existing meetings. Series clients receive package pricing, and materials are customized to your organization. Request the workshop menu →

Coaching

Leadership Coaching

Workshops build skills; coaching makes them permanent. RPG coaching applies each leader's training to real situations from their own workplace, with progress tracked session by session, not measured by attendance. Available as a follow-on to any workshop or as a standalone engagement.

One-on-One

Individual Coaching

Private sessions for executives and senior leaders. Each session works a real, current situation: plan the approach, rehearse it, debrief what happened, and set the next action.

Small Group

Group Coaching

Three to five leaders coached together. Leaders practice with peers, learn from each other's situations, and hold one another accountable between sessions.

Cohort

Team Cohort

A structured program for a full leadership team or management layer, with a shared skill focus, common language, and team-level progress tracking.

Want coaching that scales? Train your own coaches.

For larger organizations, RPG can train internal coaches, so your own people deliver ongoing skill reinforcement. One investment builds a capability your organization keeps, at a fraction of the cost of coaching every leader individually.

Process Improvement

Process Mapping & Improvement

Most performance problems aren't people problems. They're process problems that people have learned to work around. We map how work actually happens (not how the manual says it happens), find where time, quality, and morale leak out, and redesign the workflow so the right way is the easy way. Because a process is a chain of behaviors, we don't stop at the map: we make sure the new way sticks.

Step 1

Map the Current State

We walk the process with the people who do it every day, capturing every step, handoff, decision point, and workaround in a clear visual map your whole team can react to.

Step 2

Find the Friction

The map reveals bottlenecks, redundant steps, rework loops, and handoffs where things fall through. We estimate what each one costs in time, quality, and staff frustration, then prioritize.

Step 3

Redesign & Make It Stick

A future-state map, streamlined and agreed to by the team, plus the supports that make it real: clear expectations, job aids, training on the new steps, and follow-up measurement.

Standalone or combined. Process mapping works as a focused standalone project (one process, a few weeks, visible results) and pairs naturally with FACETS or with workshops when the redesign requires new skills. Ask about a process review →

How We Work

Three steps to get started

No pressure, no boilerplate proposals. Every engagement starts with understanding your organization.

01

Discovery Call

A complimentary conversation about your organization, your people, and what "better" would look like.

02

Tailored Proposal

A scoped recommendation: which service, at what depth, with clear deliverables and transparent pricing.

03

Engagement

We do the work alongside your team, measure everything, and build systems your organization keeps.

Not sure where to start?

Most clients begin with a discovery call. Tell us about your organization and we'll point you to the right first step.
