About Ruby Performance Group

Helping organizations build workplaces where people and services can thrive.

Our Approach

Ruby Performance Group partners with ABA and human service organizations to strengthen the systems, leadership practices, and workplace support structures that help teams perform at their best.

We believe healthy organizations create better outcomes — for employees, leaders, clients, and families alike.

Our work is grounded in the idea that strong performance does not happen by accident. It is shaped by the environments people work within every day: the systems that support them, the expectations that guide them, the relationships around them, and the operational practices that make meaningful work sustainable over time.

Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, we work collaboratively with organizations to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and develop practical strategies that fit the realities of their teams and operations.

Sometimes organizations need a fresh perspective. Sometimes they need additional strategic support to move important initiatives forward. Often, they simply need an experienced partner who can help strengthen what is already working.

That is where we come in.

Leadership

Ruby Performance Group was founded by Sandra Ruby, PhD, a performance consultant specializing in organizational behavior management within human service settings.

In addition to her doctoral training, Dr. Ruby brings experience supporting performance initiatives within Fortune 500 environments, where structured accountability, operational clarity, and measurable outcomes are essential. She founded Ruby Performance Group to apply that level of rigor to mission-driven organizations to ensure high-quality performance systems are accessible and aligned with the financial realities of the human service sector.

Her research and applied work span staff training, professional development, and performance management. This breadth informs the firm’s structured, research-aligned methodology and individual-to-systems approach.
